Returns/Replacement

This Masks sold by Frido Team is non-returnable due to hygiene/health and personal care/wellness/consumable nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will assist you with refund/replacement as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

Refund

The refund the invoice order when applicable gets initiated in 0-1 working days and may take up to 5-10 working days to settle back depending on your mode of payment.

Cancellation

Order Cancellation is only allowed if the order package is yet to be shipped and the Refund of the invoice order value for the same gets initiated in 0-1 working days and may take up to 5-10 working days to settle back depending on your mode of payment.
